User Responsibilities

As a TechSci user, you are solely responsible for:

  • Legal Compliance

    Ensuring all your activities comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction and the jurisdiction where services are accessed. Ignorance of the law is not a defense.

  • Third-Party Terms

    Reviewing and complying with the terms of service of all platforms and websites you access through our proxies. Many platforms explicitly prohibit proxy usage - it is YOUR responsibility to verify compliance.

  • Consequences

    All consequences of your activities, including account suspensions, bans, legal liability, or financial loss. TechSci is not responsible for actions taken by third parties against you.

Enforcement & Violations

TechSci reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts immediately upon discovery of violations
  • Forfeit remaining service time without refund for policy violations
  • Report illegal activities to law enforcement authorities
  • Cooperate with legal investigations and provide user data when legally required
